Frontrun DAO & governance (coming in the future)​

Looking ahead, we anticipate that the $FR community will encompass a diverse group of developers, professionals, and supporters of the Frontrun platform. This community may include experts in software development, blockchain technology, cryptography, artificial intelligence, law, or finance, all collaborating to advance the Frontrun platform.

To facilitate decentralized community governance, $FR will empower token holders to propose and vote on governance initiatives. These proposals will shape the future features, upgrades, and parameters of the Frontrun protocol. Additionally, token holders can offer feedback to refine the platform further. Voting weight will be determined proportionally based on the amount of tokens held by each participant.

It's essential to note that the right to vote is limited to governance matters specifically related to the Frontrun protocol. It does not extend to the operation and management of the company, its affiliates, or their assets. Furthermore, it does not confer the ability to select the board of directors or similar bodies, or dictate the development direction of these entities. Token ownership does not represent equity in any of these entities, nor does it constitute participation in any collective investment scheme.
